On the morning of April 13, the signing ceremony of Hualu Hengsheng Jingzhou Green New Energy and New Materials Project took place in Jingzhou. Wu Jin, secretary of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee, Zhou Zhihong, deputy secretary of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and mayor of Jingzhou, Fan Jun, Party secretary and Chairman of Hualu Holdings Group Co., Ltd. and chairman of Hong Kong Hualu Group Co., Ltd., and Chang Huaichun, Party secretary and chairman of Shandong Hualu Hengsheng Group Co., Ltd., attended the signing ceremony.

Wu Jin expressed his heartfelt thanks to Hualu Hengsheng for its support to Jingzhou, saying that with abundant raw materials, convenient logistics, complete elements and large environmental capacity, Jingzhou has the late-mover advantage of developing modern coal chemical industry, and can provide perfect environment for investment. He added, there is a vast space and great potential for cooperation between the two sides. The newly signed green new energy and new material project will surely serve as a strong impetus for Jingzhou to accelerate the pace of building itself into a regional central city in central Hubei province, and make its contributions to the further implementation of the strategy of "Re-building Hualu" in Jingzhou. We will continue to bend over backwards to serve the project construction to ensure that the project will be put into production as early as possible.

In the next four years, Fan Jun said, Hualu Hengsheng Jingzhou Base will further increase its investment, striving to build the new base into a domestic first-class and industry-leading modern coal chemical benchmarking enterprise serving as a park-based, intelligent, high-end terminal within five to ten years, so as to lead the high-quality development of the city.

At the ceremony, representatives of Jiangling County People's Government and Hualu Hengsheng (Jingzhou) Co., Ltd. signed an investment agreement for green new energy and new material project involving a total investment of RMB 5 billion, thus writing a new chapter of win-win cooperation.
